Elizabeth Muthoni Nderitu is a co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of Womenful Voice ( https://www.womenfulvoice.org/) an organisation that aims to empower, advocate and address the needs of vulnerable girls and women through policies, education, and health to achieve long-term positive outcomes. She works part-time for Womeful Voice and full time at the MasterCrad foundation scholars program at EARTH University in Costa Rica where she is the Manager, Student Life and Induction Process. In the past years, she has acquired knowledge and skills through innovative educational approaches and work experience. This has prepared her to contribute competently towards economic development and construct a prosperous and just society. She is a MasterCard Foundation scholar alumnus who holds a Master of Science in Community Development and Extension and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Science. She is well experienced in community development projects, Non-profits, research and writing. She is well versed in English, Spanish, Swahili, and Kikuyu. Elizabeth is empowered and uses her positive attitude and energy to encourage others to work towards making the world a better place.
