Jonah Mutai, male, is a Kenyan student based at Egerton University Kenya. He's pursuing a degree program in BSC. Environmental Science(ENSC), Faculty of Environment and Resource Development (FERD) and Department of Environmental Science (ENSC), currently in 4th year.
Formally Mutai attended the following schools:
- Mogoiyuet pre primary school, for Early Childhood Development Education(ECDE)
- Kiptenden primary school, for Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE)
- Mogoiyuet secondary school, for Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
It was after high school that he transited to Egerton University for higher learning under Ruforum and MasterCard Foundation program.
He's advocating for environmental protection, ecosystem integrity protection have always been his ambitions.Have all along conducted Forestry Development and Management in various sites but not limited to the following;schools, churches and along the river banks to maintain ecosystem balance achieved via tree nursery developments. Poultry and fruit farming are the other areas of concern with minimal ecosystem disturbance. Organic farming where pests and diseases control is done via biological mechanisms.
