Joseph Othim Othim is a graduate of Egerton University with Diploma in Animal Health and Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Technology at Egerton University Kenya in 2018 and 2023 respectively.Othim's greater desire is to improve animals production using his knowledge in both fields of animal science and animal health to help improve animal production using the available resourses within Africa.His passion drove him to an internship abroad and is currently in Denmark for a two years exchange program in the agricultural farm upto 2025.
Othim is a passionate leader who has served in various capacities in his life for example Chairperson of various groups like Christian Union, Regional students executive with FOCUS, Animal Science Student Association and Class representative in both Animal Health and animal Science and as a youth leader in the local church.
He has managed to work as a volunteer to Egerton University investment company(Ngongogeri Farm) as animal health assistant, Tatton Agricultural Park as student guide and animal health Assistant and as farm manager in Moo and More farm in Busia Kenya.
Othim is also a trained Artificial inserminator in bovines(cattle)from Egerton University in 2018.
