Anthony Emaru is a Ugandan National enrolled in Masters of Science in Horticuture at Egerton University 2020/2022. He is a co founder 4pillar Give Back, community based Organisation (CBO) aimed at scaling vegetables value chain amongs smallholder farmers in Mwigito Village, Njoro Word, Nakuru, Kenya to become a food secured community. Anthony has a dream for agriculture, driven by the passion encompassed with mindset change, to undertake relevant research activities, to alleviate poverty and attain sustainable food security. He is optimistic about horticulture, with thirst to give back to the community through initiation of agricultural enterprises “ agro-input, consultancy and community engagement” that will benefit his community and nation at large. He has keen attention on environmental conservation through IPM intervent.
