TAGDev Program through AGLEAD Incubation Hub conducted a monitoring visit to Trendy Animal Feeds on the 10th March 2023. The visit was aimed at tracking business survival and documentation exercise for the student-founded enterprise that specializes in the processing of animal feeds. The feeds marketed as “Signature feeds”, include poultry, dairy, pigs and dog feeds. The founder of the enterprise, Simon Mwaura and his partners are very grateful to AGLEAD, RUFORUM and TAGDev for their continued financial and technical support. Mwaura indicated that through the AGLEAD Incubation, Trendy Animal Feeds has grown from an owner-operated micro enterprise that used manual processes to a company with over 7 employees, that runs a factory space equipped with machinery and a delivery pickup truck.
